Accident, Dental & Vision Plans

Have you ever had an Accident and only then find out how your Health Insurance plan really works with the big deductible and Out of Pocket max you now have to pay?¬†Our amazing state of Colorado is filled with all kinds of adventure and with that all kinds of potential injuries. We love it but not the big bills when there’s a visit to the ER or Urgent care. If you’re like me, you put off going to the doctor after an accident because you don’t want to have a big unexpected bill. Well, we have a low cost solution for you, Supplemental Accident Insurance and here’s how it works:

Supplemental Accident Plans:

Supplemental Accident Insurance plans are a very low cost way of protecting yourself against those big, unexpected bills. I should know… My family is always out there having some crazy adventure skiing, Mountain biking, climbing, yada, yada.. you get the drill and we seem to have 2-3 visits per year to Urgent care and the Emergency Room. Well we don’t have to worry about those costs anymore because our Accident plan pays for the first $5000 of any accident per person after we pay out the one time $100 deductible. The average ER bill these days is around $3600 and that’s just the tip of the Iceberg, so to speak. The bills can easily go well above that and with most of the insurance plans now, due to Healthcare Reform having Max Out of Pocket amounts of over $6000, wouldn’t you want to protect yourself and your family for as little as $35/month?

Check out the NEA Accident Plan Brochure to see all the benefits.

Here’s how it all works:

1. You incur accident related medical bills, collect the bills from the provider and the EOB from your insurance carrier, fill out the Accident claim form, submit that form and receive a check.

How simple is that! Plans start with $2500 of protection and go up to $25,000. Many people who can’t afford Health Insurance are actually buying the $25,000 plan for the entire family for less than $100/month and instead of going without any insurance, now have a great protection against big accident claims.

The NEA¬†Brochure has plan info and rates. If you like what you see, just click on the NEA logo to apply. It’s a simple application that only takes 10 minutes to fill out. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to call, text or email. 970-218-4249

Plans start the 1st of the month after they are submitted so don’t delay. As we all know… accidents aren’t something that you can plan.

Dental and Vision Insurance

These plans are in high demand and we have lots of carriers to choose from. Of course, like anything else, there are a select few that we prefer. VSP offers a great vision plan for both groups and Individuals. To the right you will see links to the dental and vision plans we recommend.

Delta Dental is one of the largest carriers in Colorado offering 3 Dental plans for you to choose from. We recommend their PPO plan, but always check to make sure your dentist is in that network before you sign up. Typically speaking, dental insurance will run $35-$45 per person/month and give you 2 no cost cleanings per year, pay 80% towards cleanings and 50% towards major services after a 12 month waiting period (if you do not have prior coverage) and give each person $1000 a year towards claims.

Applications to the Vision and Dental plans are very simple, just click the logo for VSP or Delta Dental and away you go. Thank you again for visiting Colorado Insurance Store and we look forward to having you as a client for life!
